EYE CRAFT OPTOMETRY REOPENS MAY 19TH!

From Dr. Brassil

With the announcement of “BC’s Restart Plan”, I am very happy to welcome existing and new patients back for routine eye exams, glasses fittings and all your eye care needs, starting May 19th!

I thank you for bearing with us while we all worked hard to flatten the curve!  We have made a few adjustments to our day-to-day operations ensuring the health and safety of our patients and our team.  These adjustments should not be too intrusive, and I believe will allow you to receive the same high level of care while enjoying your visit in a safe environment!

What to expect:

-          All consultations are by appointment.  Priority will be given to patients with appointments and walk-ins only admitted if there is no one else scheduled.

-          If you feel unwell, please stay home.  We trust you and believe that you are a responsible adult, that makes good decisions.  We would love to see you when you are well!

-          Only patients will be admitted for their appointment (Where needed a parent or a guardian is of course welcome)

-          Hand sanitizer will ready for you when you enter the office and we ask that you use it upon entry

In turn, we will provide you with a safe environment to have your eye care needs met. We are doing that by:

-          Limiting the number of patients in the office to essentially one or two (get it? OK bad optometry joke...) Our patients get great personal service and we all win by keeping our circle small

-          Regular cleaning throughout the day of high touch points

-          Cleaning of all equipment that patients come in contact with, before and after use

-          I will be wearing a face mask when in proximity with you.

-          Equipment with a high degree of proximity between patient and operator has had breath guards installed

-          Sanitization of all glasses frames after being tried on

-          Ozone sanitization of the office overnight.  This ensures all germs/viruses are killed.

If you have any questions please give us a call or drop us an email and we will do our best to answer your queries. We look forward to seeing you again!

Sincerely,

Dr. Sarah Brassil
